Fill in the quote request form on the website or contact us by e-mail or phone. We will send you the most suitable offer, in line with your request. Once the details have been agreed, we will draw up a hunting contract for you to sign and that shall be returned to our office. The contract is made in three copies, one for the guest, one for the organizer and one for Jagderlebnis Ltd. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of the advance money. The hunting contract will be valid upon receipt of the advance money. The amount transferred will be deducted from the total cost of the hunt.
At the end of the hunt, the hunting area fills in a shooting register, which is the basis for accounting. By signing, the guest accepts the number of game killed and the service provided. In the case of a trophy game, the trophy evaluating committee will certify the 24-hour pay weight or trophy length that is the basis for payment. We can then issue the final invoice. Payment is made in EUR or HUF (at the exchange rate of the Central Bank valid on the day the trophy is evaluated) and must be made within eight days of the invoice being issued.
We also deliver the trophies after payment!
